Please read these terms carefully before using 7gain. By accessing or using this platform you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 7gain platform, including all services, games, promotions, and features available at https://7gain.vip. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and 7gain (the "Platform"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. 7gain reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the Platform following any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

By registering an account with 7gain, or by using any part of the Platform without registering, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including visitors who browse without registering.
These Terms are effective from the date of your first use of the Platform. If 7gain modifies these Terms, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Eligibility
Use of the 7gain Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
- You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while using the Platform.
- You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
- You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted.
- You must not be under self-exclusion or any voluntary or mandatory exclusion from gambling services.
- You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
7gain reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Accounts found to have been registered by ineligible individuals will be closed immediately and any balances may be forfeited in accordance with applicable policies.
Account Registration
To access the full range of 7gain services, you must register a player account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must keep your account details up to date at all times. Each person may hold only one account; duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be closed without notice.
- You must provide a valid and active email address or mobile number that you control.
- Your account password must be kept confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must notify 7gain support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- 7gain may require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, including submission of a government-issued ID and proof of payment method, before processing any withdrawal.
7gain reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on any account at any time. During such checks, withdrawals may be suspended until the review is complete. 7gain will aim to complete standard verification within 3 business days of receiving all required documents.
Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 7gain Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 7gain accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.
- The minimum deposit amount via bKash and Nagad is ৳200. Minimum deposit amounts for other methods may differ and are displayed at the cashier.
- Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time for bKash and Nagad, or within 30 minutes for bank transfer methods.
- Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes for mobile wallet methods, and within 1 to 3 business days for bank transfer methods.
- Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where reasonably practicable, as an anti-money laundering measure.
- 7gain does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own fees or charges.
7gain reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request pending completion of identity verification, anti-fraud review, or investigation into suspected breach of these Terms. In such cases, 7gain will communicate the reason to the player within a reasonable timeframe.
Bonuses and Promotions
7gain offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated clearly at the time the bonus is activated.
- Bonuses must be used within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically with no exceptions.
- Bonuses may only be used for the game categories specified in the relevant promotion terms. Using a bonus on an ineligible game may result in the bonus being voided.
- Only one bonus may be active at a time. Players may not combine bonuses unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
- Attempting to exploit or abuse bonus structures — including but not limited to placing low-risk bets to meet rollover requirements — is considered a breach of these Terms.
7gain reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Changes to active promotion terms will be communicated to affected players as promptly as reasonably practicable. Players who have already activated a bonus before any change will have their existing bonus governed by the terms in effect at the time of activation.
Responsible Gaming
7gain is committed to promoting responsible gaming and provides a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity. The following tools are available to all registered players directly from their account settings:
- Deposit limits: set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
- Session time limits: set a maximum duration for individual gaming sessions.
- Cool-off periods: take a short break from gambling for a defined period of 1 to 30 days.
- Self-exclusion: permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform by contacting support.
7gain strictly prohibits gambling by persons under the age of 21. The Platform employs age verification measures during registration and at the point of withdrawal. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be closed immediately and all funds returned minus any bonus amounts already utilised.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7gain Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:
- Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, financial fraud, or other criminal activity.
- Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
- Opening or operating more than one player account, whether under your own name or under another identity.
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point.
- Colluding with other players to exploit game mechanics, bonus structures, or promotional offers.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the Platform's software, code, or content without prior written authorisation from 7gain.
7gain's determination as to whether a prohibited activity has occurred is final, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in these Terms. Suspected prohibited activity may be referred to law enforcement agencies without prior notice to the player.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 7gain Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of 7gain or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without the prior written consent of 7gain.
The 7gain name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of 7gain. Unauthorised use of any 7gain trademark is strictly prohibited. Third-party trademarks referenced on the Platform (including game provider names and payment partner logos) remain the property of their respective owners.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7gain shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
- Service interruptions, technical failures, connectivity issues, or server downtime beyond 7gain's reasonable control.
- Any loss arising from reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, promotional material, or game descriptions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 7gain's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by 7gain's negligence. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.
Account Termination
7gain reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms, including engaging in prohibited activities.
- Failure to pass identity verification or KYC checks within a reasonable timeframe after being requested.
- Account activity that 7gain reasonably suspects involves fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct.
- At the player's own request, in which case 7gain will process the account closure and return any eligible balance within a reasonable period.
Upon termination by 7gain for breach of these Terms, any bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus play may be forfeited. Real-money balances not implicated in any breach will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Privacy and Data
7gain collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at https://7gain.vip/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read in conjunction with them.
7gain uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Financial data is handled in compliance with applicable data security standards. 7gain does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes without your consent.
Amendments to These Terms
7gain reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 7gain will notify registered players by email or via an in-platform notification, where reasonably practicable, at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
The date of the most recent revision will always be shown at the top of this page. If you object to any change, you should stop using the Platform and request account closure before the revised Terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the amended Terms.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the Platform. 7gain aims to resolve all player complaints fairly and efficiently through its internal dispute resolution process. Players with a complaint should contact support in the first instance.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process within 8 weeks, the player may escalate the matter through appropriate external channels. 7gain will cooperate fully with any legitimate regulatory inquiry or investigation. Nothing in these Terms limits a player's right to pursue legal remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws.
